Alcatel F630 DUO landline phone issue

Hello,
I have an Alcatel F630 DUO phone, and since yesterday when someone calls me, I can hear them well, but they can’t hear me.
Could someone please help me?

    Hello,
    If this phone is connected to a box.. Reset the box.
    To do this, turn off the power to the box for one minute and then turn it back on.

    It’s very hard to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it’s not there...
