Hello everyone,
I recently acquired a Mini Rode USB Microphone and I'm having a problem during use. When I want to record a vocal, there is a cyclical phase of one or two seconds of saturation! (I specify cyclical because I haven't found a solution to this problem online, in any case it's not a constant saturation or crackling). That is to say, after a certain duration, which is the same every time, the audio saturates. I have, of course, tried to modify the sound settings on my computer as suggested online, but nothing works. I might have done it wrong or maybe it's not the solution. Could someone help me? I should mention that I am using the FL Studio software.
Thank you in advance

Hi, go watch this video, it explains how to fix the problem. In the video, he has a Blue Yeti, but I had the same issue with repeated crackling when I recorded with the Rode NT-USB Mini.

For my part, I just had to uncheck the setting he talks about, I didn't change anything else.
The problem came from GeForce Experience, the Nvidia software that was "taking over" the microphone settings.
That's it, have a nice day! -
I tried, personally it still crackles, I'm fed up
Moreover, it's regular. Sometimes everything is fine, sometimes it's not... I still don't know what to do
(microphone: Rode NT-USB)
