Hello
I have Linux installed on my PC and the interface looks different from Windows.
I’m stuck trying to transfer the photos that are on my camera.
I don’t know where to find my device.
Thank you for your help
See you soon

Hello,
2 solutions:
1 - You remove the SD card from the camera and connect it to the PC if it has a card reader; then all you have to do is copy/paste in your file browser.
2 - You connect the camera with the USB cable that normally comes with it. Turn on the camera and open the file browser. The camera should appear in the left pane of the file browser (I can't tell you the name since I don't know your hardware). Your photos are in the dcim folder. -
Hello,
Some software can help you manage importing photos. I’m thinking especially of Shotwell, included by default under Ubuntu and other distributions.

Hello,
What Linux is this..?? and which camera..??
Usually we use a USB cable to connect the two... and the camera appears as if it were a disk (or USB drive) in the file explorer...
That's the idea.
