I am looking for an equivalent to CCleaner for Linux 20.3; I previously used 
bleachbit
, but I can't find it on this version of Linux.

Linux 20.3? Unknown to me.
Maybe you mean Linux Mint 20.3?
In that case, BleachBit is in the repositories. Check the software manager.
