Soundbar connections

Hello,
my equipment: Qilive Q1559 soundbar, Samsung TV, and Freebox Revolution
my problem: after various connections, the soundbar doesn't work or is in "degraded" mode with very low sound
the connection that "works": optical cable from Freeplayer to soundbar and HDMI from Freeplayer to TV
remote control in SPDIF

    Hello and welcome to this forum,

    The ideal setup would be
    Freeplayer -> TV via HDMI
    TV -> soundbar via optical cable BUT there is probably a correction to be made in the TV audio menu, such as checking "external speakers" for example
