Hello, my daughter received the Kidicom Max, it worked well until yesterday, and since then, it has been impossible to send or receive messages; it says the server is under maintenance... Does anyone know more about this? Thank you very much and best wishes to you

    Hello,
    Given that it was gifted for Christmas and has been under maintenance since 12/27/20, it's a bit long for maintenance, very disappointed. ????????
