Hello
I bought an HP OMEN OBELISK 875-1024nf computer from Boulanger, but since I got this computer, it overheats way too much for my liking for 6 months
Then after these 6 months, the computer makes a strange noise and a weird smell and has black screens every 5 minutes
I opened the computer and discovered that it is burning, the motherboard is dead, the graphics card, power supply, and processor are dead
There is over €1500 in repairs, but the computer is still under warranty with HP
I'm wondering if I should take it back to the customer service since the overheating problem is a manufacturing defect of the main fan
Should I take it back to the store since the computer cost me €1700 and I'm afraid they will say it's my fault for the overheating??
Thank you

Hello, if it is under warranty (2 years), no doubt, return it to customer service.
