    Hello,

    There are several solutions to this.

    1- Check that the disc is not scratched; if it is, there are tricks, but they are not 100% reliable:
    The simplest is to clean the disc with a cotton pad soaked in alcohol or a glass cleaner, wiping the disc from the inside out. When the disc has small scratches, a solution of toothpaste and water can sometimes ensure cleaning

    2- Your system is not up to date; try updating the console.

    3- If you have an error code, please provide it to me so that I can try to find a solution to your problem.

      The disc cannot be recognized when I insert Mario 3D World, there were tiny black spots on the disc.

        Hello,

        It is likely that these are debris or scratches.
        Check that the disc is not damaged and clean it gently with a soft cloth. If the spots persist, test the disc on another console.
