Good evening,I bought a Xiaomi smart TV. I received it this evening, plugged it in, put the batteries in the remote, and turned on the TV using the button underneath it.There were no issues when turning on the screen.The complication is connecting the remote to the TV. The remote doesn't seem to work. The LED doesn't light up. No button responds. I tried turning the TV off and on again, but nothing works. I don't know what to do. And the remote doesn't exist on the internet...

Have the batteries been properly installed taking the polarities into account?
Did you pair this remote control with the television as stated in the manual on page 10?

Good evening, yes indeed I found this manual online before asking my question. When I press the 2 buttons requested by the television, nothing happens. In fact, no button reacts. And yes, the batteries are correctly placed, and I even tried other batteries to test.

Before turning on the TV, that's what I did; I removed all the packaging... I tried again with several batteries but to no avail.

Good evening.

Check the state of the batteries and the polarities (+ and -) when inserting them into the remote control.

I will give you the tip to check if an infrared remote control is working:
turn on your digital camera. In front of the lens, hold the remote control up the right way (the side with the sensor). You will see on your camera that every time you press a button on the remote control, the screen of your camera will show a light signal. Only in this case is it visible.

In any case, it isn't sending any signals from this remote... the batteries are bad or incorrectly placed, or there is tape on the contacts inside the remote...

Or your camera doesn't detect infrared.... (Some have a filter).. Try doing the same thing with another infrared remote known to work well...

Not the remote for the roller shutters, that's radio.

Yes, indeed the remote control works via Bluetooth; there is the logo on the back of the case.

If it's Bluetooth, check the TV settings (using the manual buttons) to see if Bluetooth is enabled.

Ok....
Try unplugging the television (the plug) anyway.
Hold down the power button on the television for one minute.
Then plug the television back in and try pairing the remote again.
