Hello,
I have a Lenovo PC "IdeaPad C340
The @ symbol is located on the key with the number 2 where the (é) is, and to the right of the (é) is the "@" symbol.

    to get the @ on your Belgian keyboard, you need to:
    hold down the Alt Gr key (to the right of the space bar) and press the 2é@ key
