Audio issues with Acer Aspire A515-54

Hello!

Since September, that is, since I got my computer, I have had no sound. (Realtek(R) Audio, which, however, does not tell me in any way that the sound is muted or anything like that.)
At first, it didn't bother me and I just used headphones, but at times, it could become problematic...

I tried installing drivers (Audio_Realtek_6.0.8699.1_W10x64_A from my files) but nothing changes, unfortunately.

I also searched on websites, but it seems that the problem is apparently rather rare; I can only find other models but never mine.

I am therefore calling for help, if it were possible to assist me! This problem persists, and I don't know what to do... I even started to think that my computer might not be able to produce sound.

I hope to find a savior for my problem!
Best regards,

KeroTasuki

    Hello,
from the Device Manager, check if audio controllers or input/output audio do not have a yellow alert triangle! If so, right-click, hardware change!

Thank you very much for your quick response!

Unfortunately, there is no yellow triangle and hardware modification doesn't work either... When I click to increase the volume, the speaker device indicates that it is producing sound (the green bar goes up) but nothing comes out; I can't hear anything... It’s as if everything seems to be working; my computer doesn’t seem to detect anything unusual but still no sound is coming out.

Return to customer service, claim the warranty, you should have done it right away!
