My computer won't start anymore.

Hello, my Danew Dbook 157 laptop (which is barely 7 months old) charges for startup but won't boot up, impossible I’ve tried everything F8...(safe mode) and there's no trace of Windows. I haven't tried removing the battery because I see ribbon cables on top, it looks very delicate. I've been trying to contact my technical service since today but I haven't received any response (and there's a charge of €4.28).

Do you think it's a virus? (considering I have Norton and I only go on Word, YouTube, and my school's website)
A malfunction?

And do you have a solution?

    Hello,
    Does it not start at all when you press the power button?
    No lights, no screen?

    Have you tried holding down the power button for about ten seconds?
    Then press it again normally?

      Hello, the light comes on, the screen too, but it just keeps loading during startup for hours.
      And yes, I've tried it and it's exactly the same. Thank you anyway for the suggestion.
