PC won't start again after "surprise" lockup

Hello,
Yesterday, a blue screen suddenly appeared on my PC with the message: "locking" for two seconds and then it turned off. Since then, I can't turn it back on: the power button blinks 5 times when I press it and then turns off without anything happening on the screen.
I tried starting in safe mode on Windows 10 but it doesn't give any better result:

What can I do?
