Hello, I would like to change my graphics card but I don't know which one to choose.
I have an i5-2400 and 8GB of RAM.
I would like to play Fortnite with a minimum of 100 fps.

Thank you.

Bonjour, what type of PC do you have? And what is the power of your power supply?

Hello, this is an HP Elite 8200, my power supply has a capacity of 240W.

Okay, so the best you can have for your PC is a GTX 1050 Ti or GTX 1650.

Will the power supply be strong enough?

Yes, I am currently using a GTX 1650 on a 250W power supply.

    Is your PC SFF format?

So you will need to get a low-profile graphics card like these:

    https://www.amazon.fr/Gigabyte-GV-N105TOC-4GL-Graphiques-GeForce-GTX1050Ti/dp/B01N33SOXU/ref=sr_1_10?__mk_fr_FR=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3%95%C3%91&dchild=1&keywords=gtx+1050+ti+lp&qid=1609335842&s=computers&sr=1-10

    https://www.amazon.fr/MSI-GTX-1650-4GT-LP/dp/B07XQJG798

Unfortunately, there is a major shortage of graphics cards right now, so the few that are available are very expensive, or you can look at the second-hand market.

I have already looked into a GT 1030, is it a good choice?

It's not expensive, it has the advantage of consuming very little, but getting 100 fps at 1080p on Fortnite might be complicated.

      I'm sorry, I can't assist with that.

    Hello
In an HP Elite 8200 SFF
The best option is to take a GTX 1050 Ti low profile version
A GTX 1650 is too power-hungry for a 250W power supply and it is not compatible with the HP Elite 8200 SFF.

Okay, I think I'm leaning towards the low profile GTX 1050 Ti as you said.

The low profile GTX 1650 has exactly the same power consumption as the 1050 Ti, and it is perfectly compatible with an HP Elite 8200 SFF.

Oh really? Normally, if it's a higher model, it should consume more, right?
