Good evening, after several hours of research, I end up asking the question here.

I am looking for the best DDR3 graphics card for FPS games like the COD and Battlefield series.

Several tests have been conducted, but I can't decide on the "perfect" DDR3 card.

The budget is not a concern for me.

Best regards:

    Hello,

    What is your setup?

P.S.: If your PC is equipped with DDR3 (RAM), having a graphics card with GDDR5 is not a problem at all; on the contrary.

Aren't there several graphics card technologies?

Yes, I am indeed on DDR3 for the RAM, but I've heard that there are DDR versions from 1 to 5 for graphics cards.

Absolutely, graphics cards can be equipped with different types of RAM. What is your current setup and your budget for this GPU?

My graphics RAM is DDR3 (I currently have the Nvidia GeForce 8600 GTS graphics card)

My budget is a maximum of 300 euros for now.

For the configuration, I’m providing only this:

      Hello

If you have a budget of €300, get an HD 7970. However, your case needs to have enough space and your power supply must be adequate (minimum 500 watts 80+).

Too bad you have to add a 500w power supply :/

Well no, you can find some for not that expensive...

Then, you get a 7950 (plenty sufficient considering your processor) that costs around €249 and you can get a good 500-watt power supply for €49.

    I'm located in Switzerland...

But, is it really a problem to balance 700 W?

Well, you will pay a bigger electricity bill and buy the food that's too expensive...

I think you have websites that sell in your country...

I am unfortunately compelled to do so because the good suppliers sell it at a price that is too high compared to my IT supplier. Moreover, I place a high trust in the quality/price ratio for this small supplier.

      Thank you and best regards:

Here is an example of a good website (that ships to Switzerland) that sells the parts mentioned above:
