Ethernet cable connected with green LED but no connection

Hello,
Since last night I no longer have internet access on my PC through my Ethernet cable.
Both my box and my PC have a blinking green light but I have no connection.
I have updated all my drivers and even my Windows, but nothing works.

If someone could help me, thank you in advance.

    is your box synchronized? (active network, time display...)
    Is the cable coming from outside your home correctly connected to the box?

      Yes, everything is functional. I have a second desktop PC and the wired connection works very well on it, but on my PC, nothing works anymore.
