Our software is a free platform to download. We are a software platform only, we don't actually process or handle monies, we did not handle or process your payment.

We have received complaints about "Tabac". They are not our client. It seems they are using the open-source version of our codebase on their own servers/ they are self-hosting and we do not have access to their account data.

If you purchased services/items online and didn't receive them, the first step would be to immediately file a 'dispute' with your credit card company or bank. This is a very common practice and credit card companies traditionally will protect their clients from fraud/scams, in the event that a service or item is not delivered.
