Hello,
Save your documents in PDF format. You will be able to add a stamp or your signature.
I wrote a tutorial here to explain how to do it. You can use Acrobat Reader, but it's easier with Foxit Reader.
You need to take the time to look into the matter and do some testing. Once you master it, you save time!
