Hello, is it possible on Outlook for Mac OS to open an OLM file without importing it into your email account?
Like a PST file on PC?
My inbox is full, so I want to archive, but if I have to import everything just to retrieve a single email, it might be impossible...

No, on Outlook MacOS, only OLM import is offered.
The only way I know is to Convert OLM to PST and open (without importing) it on Outlook Windows to "extract" (drag and drop) the desired email(s) in msg format to open on Mac
