Recover a hard drive

Hello,
I want to recover the photos that are on my old computer, but it no longer recognizes the screen (I tried different screens and cables).
So, I took out the hard drive; it's a Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 9 120GB ATA/133 HDD.
What can I do now? I saw that there are adapters or docks to connect it to a PC.

If your hard drive is connected via SATA (old but not too old), use this system:

"powered" then you will plug the USB plug into the new computer and you will be able to find your favorite folders and files, then you can copy/paste or move...

Hi, if you have another desktop PC, then no impulsive buying.
Just connect your hard drive (the one with the data to recover) internally with the right connector (IDE ribbon or SATA cable) while the computer is off and check here for info:
