HP 4527 printer

Hello,
The color printing is not working anymore!
Test page and copy are OK.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer but nothing changes. Same for the spooler.
In fact, I cannot access the properties. Here is the message that appears:
Function address 0x00007FFA03503E49 caused a protection error (exception code 0xe06d7363) the properties pages may not work properly.

    what OS is your PC running (W7/W8.1/W10) in 32 or 64 bits? --> click here

    if the PC is running W10, please provide the version of W10 that is installed

    in the search, type Winver and execute the command

    did you want to print from Microsoft Office?
