Message not delivered iMessage

Hello,
I sent an iMessage to someone who had already blocked me, my text remains blue (indicating not delivered), yet when they had blocked me in the past, the iMessages would convert to text messages with "message sent as text" but this time they simply stay blue. I'm uncertain if they have blocked me or not.

Hello,

Messages colored in blue mean they were sent via iMessage over an internet connection, while messages colored in green mean they were sent as SMS. This does not mean you have been blocked.

You believe? Yet the iMessage is still blue but does not say delivered? Just the blue bubble without delivered, thank you so much.

The mention "Delivered" means that your message has been received. Even if you have been blocked by your contact, you will see this mention, but the person in question will not see your message.

Since you do not see this mention, your message has not yet been received; it has only been sent. Your contact will need to connect to the internet and have iMessage still activated.

Thank you, but in fact the iMessage stays blue but without the delivered note.

Your message could not be received at this time. You can wait a few days for the message to finally be delivered or try sending a new message.
