Powerbeats Pro - no sound in right earbud

Hello,

I've had the Powerbeats Pro earbuds since this summer. (https://www.beatsbydre.com/fr/earphones/powerbeats-pro
At first, there were no Bluetooth connection issues with my Samsung Android. Great sound quality. Then quickly, the right earbud stopped working, and despite updates and following the reconnection procedure on the site, I can't get the right earbud to work again.
Do you have the same problem? If so, how did you resolve it?

    I have the same problem, I followed the recommendations on the Apple site and nothing has changed.
