Mbamservice.exe removal

Hello everyone
Voilà I had Malwarebytes installed for a while but I wanted to remove it because people told me that this software uses a lot of resources

I tried to uninstall it from the control panel but only the desktop shortcut disappeared

I then tried to delete the folder containing Malwarebytes in Programs but impossible because it tells me to close all windows before I can delete it

Only one element remains active, mbamservices.exe

And it’s impossible to end task on this item I’m told “access denied” every time and the same when I go to msconfig to stop it from starting, when I click Apply the checkbox rechecks by itself
Even in Safe Mode

Impossible to find a solution because often the articles about this situation are a bit old and it doesn’t work for me
