Hello,
I just bought a VD TECH DP-70 U photo frame.
I can see the initially installed photos without any problem. The issue is that I tried to read my own JPEG photos with my USB drive, but I can't see them. Just a black screen.
Thank you for your help because the manual is very limited in terms of information.

I've had a VD Tech DP-72 frame for two months, no problem reading photos, movies, or music from a USB stick, just one issue: encoding personal videos to play them, I can't find the right encoding mode.

Hello, so I've encoded personal videos with BlackBerry Video Converter Factory in MPEG 2, if that can be helpful to you.
For my little personal videos on SD card, I converted them, after several attempts, to .avi so that they could be played on the dP 72 frame and it works. Try it and let me know if it works for you too.

I bought a VD TECH DP-70 frame (not the DP-70 U; is there a difference?), and I have no problem reading a USB stick.
However, the packaging of the frame indicates that it can play an MP3 file and that there is a zoom function, but I can't get either the MP3 or the zoom to work, and there are no instructions in the manual. Thank you for your help.

I purchased the VD TECH DP-70U digital photo frame at NETTO; it can display a slideshow of photos from an SD card from my camera.
However, it does not create a slideshow of my photos that I transfer to the SD card or a USB stick from my computer (JPEG images); it only displays them in thumbnail mode. It's very frustrating because that's the primary use we can make of it!
Can someone help me, please? Or should I return this device?
