To have an email address that is in xxx@xxx.org, the server that provides you with the address must be in .org or your domain must be in .org.
If you purchase a domain in .org (less than €10/year) even without hosting, you automatically get the corresponding emails and hundreds of aliases that go with it...
Check out OVH as an example of a domain in .org (among others, but also Gandi, 1and1, etc....) the offers for a domain in org...

Oops, sorry, €10.67 including tax per year after simulation (without hosting...) ;-)
