Starsat sr-x20w stuck on a red light

Hello, I have a Starsat SR-X20W decoder stuck on a red light, and therefore it won't start. I would like to know a solution to make it start again because I tried to unblock it with a stick, but it didn't work. Thank you.

    Hello,
    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, power plug, wait five minutes and plug it back in.
