Reset to zero starsat sr-x7300usb

Hello,
I would like to know how to set my starsat sr-x7300usb to zero in px because apparently it won't read my Arabesque card, thanks for your help, it’s urgent 
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

    Hello, I want to reset my StarSat 7300USB demo
    After a wrong operation it shows on
    If I flash it the message upgrade error appears
