Blocked - blue screen (keyboard/mouse not working anymore)

Hello everyone,

I was playing when my PC crashed and restarted by itself.

It consistently displays a blue screen with the error message WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR.
The PC then launches an "automatic repair," after which I end up on the "choose your keyboard layout" page.

The problem is: my keyboard and mouse do not work on this page.

I tried removing and reinserting my RAM, restarting the PC three times in a row to access a repair menu, and pressing F8 for safe mode, but nothing works.

I can access the BIOS menu, so I tried reinstalling Windows from a USB stick: same issue once I reach the installation page, my keyboard and mouse stop working...

Can you help me?

    Your PC is dead, the Blue Screen is a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death)
    Your PC has encountered a problem, can you take a photo?

      I should clarify that my PC is very new, it's not even a month old.
      A photo of what exactly? What information do you need?

    Update :
    I finally managed to get my keyboard and mouse to work: only some USB ports are functioning...

    I was able to access the troubleshooting functions, but nothing works!
    ==> Unable to roll back Windows to a previous version or to undo the latest updates.

    And if I try to reinstall Windows, I get error messages: my hard drive is recognized but it's clearly impossible to install Windows on it.

    So I'm completely stuck here: do you have any ideas?

    Hello. If the computer is recent, considering its condition, return it to customer service.
