IPhone locked after FaceTime call

Hello,
Hello everyone

After a FaceTime call, my device is frozen. No application is accessible, not even the settings. I also can't restart it. The FaceTime page won't close. The device won't go to sleep.
I've tried restarting it by pressing the volume button and the power button at the same time, but it didn't work.

Does anyone have any ideas?

      This is valid when the iPhone is not frozen, especially since the person specifies:
      "After a FaceTime call, my device is stuck. No applications are accessible, even the settings"
