    Impossible.

    The .exe is a file name extension that designates an executable file. This extension identifies the main file of all executable programs running under the various versions of Microsoft Windows, DOS, OpenVMS, Symbian OS, or OS/2 operating systems.

    MP4 specifies a container format for encapsulating multimedia data.

    AVI, "Audio Video Interleave," is a packaging format designed to store audio and video data.

    The only possible thing:
    Convert EXE applications to MSI installation packages using the appropriate software.
