Hello,
This week, I bought a new phone: a Xiaomi Redmi 9A.
Since then, I have not been receiving SMS from some contacts unless I turn on mobile data (regardless of the length of the SMS).
This problem only concerns certain contacts (but I can't say what the difference is between those from whom I receive SMS normally and those for whom I have to turn on mobile data to receive them).
I have the €2 per month plan from Free for a few months now.
I did not change my plan when changing my phone, but I had to change the format of my SIM card (from micro to nano).
I don't know if my problem comes from the phone, the plan, or the SIM card, but I hope some of you can help me.

Hello, it depends if you are on WhatsApp or other social networks.
If that's the case, then it's normal because social networks require people to use Wi-Fi or mobile data for more speed.
On the other hand, if you are using the default SMS application and it doesn't work, check the network. If you have all that, the problem could come from either the plan or the SIM card.
