Hello,

I'm having a problem with my Philips Bluetooth speaker that no longer charges; no lights come on when I plug it into the power supply. I don't know where this issue comes from, whether it's a problem with the connector or the charging port of my speaker. Thank you for your responses.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 77.0.3865.92

    Hello,
The absence of punctuation makes reading difficult, it's almost incomprehensible.
What is the model of this Philips Bluetooth speaker?

    OK...
If you connect the BT6000 with the USB cable to the USB adapter itself plugged into the mains, what happens?
Does the red light turn on?

      Nothing lights up, precisely.

The power outlet is functioning properly...?
Is the USB cable properly connected at the power block and at the speaker?
If you turn on the speaker, with the power supply on, nothing happens, no blue light?

Try plugging the USB connector into one of the USB ports on your PC instead of using the power block.

Yes, the power outlets are working fine. The USB cable too. No, nothing turns on and I tried on the PC as well and it doesn't charge either.

        So... the speaker is broken..
Is it recent equipment still under warranty? If so, the customer service is necessary.
