Skyrim quest bug: unable to complete liberate Skyrim

Hello,
I'm with the Sombrages and I've finished the quest to free Epervine, at least I just need to talk to the Jarl of Eastmarch to complete it, but when I talk to him he doesn't have any special dialogues and therefore doesn't complete the quest. I can't go back to a save because it's about 10 hours of gameplay old...

I don't know if you found it, but try to leave the city's barn and walk the rest of the distance, and it will work.
