Hello,

I have a Hisense EN2BI27H (Smart TV) that I bought from Boulanger less than a month ago.
I would like to install the Disney+ application, but I am stuck with factory-installed useless apps.
I don't understand how to install other applications. Why do I feel restricted in terms of "downloads"?
Can you help me?

    Here’s what I usually reply on this topic:
    When it comes to apps, manufacturers and distributors do whatever they want. Personally, I have an LG. At first, I had an Orange app that provided access to plenty of radio stations, but that app was removed without warning during an update. For replay, I had Pluzz (public service replay) and Arte +7, also gone. As for MyTF1, I only have the paid VOD version. On the M6 replay site, they ask me to download a "player," but "download impossible." It’s all a matter of agreements with the app owners and the TV brand, a money issue, so these TVs aren’t that smart, are they?...;-(
    And Arte returned a little while ago... go figure...
