Hello,
For some time now my Wiko Kite has been turning off by itself, at first it was only occasionally but now it’s happening more and more often.
I turn it back on and within 30 seconds it turns off again, now it even turns off during a phone call and it also turns off while it’s plugged into the charger.
I typed this code: *#*#4636#*#* and it tells me the battery is fine.
I will do it again and post the screenshot.
Can someone help me or tell me what to do to stop my smartphone from turning off by itself several times a day?
Thank you for your responses.
Configuration: Android / Chrome 62.0.3202.84

Hello,
Is there nobody to help me?
This morning my Wiko turned off by itself again, so I didn’t hear my alarm.
The weirdest part is that it was plugged into the charger while charging.

Please, no one can answer me.
I already don't have a landline, so I need to resolve this issue quickly because if my smartphone keeps shutting down, I'll find myself without a phone.
And since I am sick and disabled, I need to be able to call emergency services or the fire department at any time of day or night.
If I need to make a phone call and my smartphone is off, it could be difficult.
Thank you for responding quickly, please. -
Hello,
I have seen several posts with the same problem as mine but with different brands and models of phones, and I know that the procedures to follow are not the same on all smartphones.
If those people received help for their requests, why does my post remain unanswered?
It's not too much to ask for a response; it's not the best time to be without a phone, especially when one is disabled, ill, and especially alone.
I know that the members of this site are volunteers, but among all the volunteers present, there must be someone who can help me.
Thank you for considering my request and responding quickly.
