Hello,
my Archos 50b oxygen is stuck on the startup page where only the Archos logo is visible with their slogan (entertainment your way) written below. It has been stuck like this for a while!! I've tried removing the battery, the SD card, and the SIM card. What should I do??

Try pressing volume + and Power when you see a green screen, release the Power button when you see a red screen, then choose wipe data/factory reset, press Power to confirm and use volume to navigate, press yes -- delete all user .... When it's done, press reboot system now.

Thank you for this help. I would add that it is even better to connect your tablet to a PC to update the device. :)
