Hello,
My Ricoh Aficio 5210 copier lights up normally with a green LED.
However, its functional problem lies in the fact that when I start making copies, a message appears asking me to power on the device and restart it. I've done that.
After rereading the message, I realize that a code appears, which is as follows: 101/201. Connection problem with the DHCP.
Is anyone experienced with such an error willing to come to my rescue?
Thank you in advance.

Hello,
DHCP is a connection to the local network. Is your photocopier included in your remote connection sharing?
