Hello,
When creating a shortcut to a database linked to several applications and located on the remote server under Windows 7, the following error message appears and the shortcut is not created:
"Unable to find the folder with the identifier [048e172e-23c4-48c4-827d-7fc1a7c47313 / GLISSE AVENUE_for test modifications_f9e92713-702a-4762-ba2d-83ad4b7f2769] for the linked application [EBP Payroll Line Open Line]."
In contrast, under Windows 10, everything works and the shortcut is created correctly.
Does anyone have an idea of the problem?
Thank you in advance.
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 80.0

Do you have a single-user or network installation?

Hello,
Users have the choice between the two.
It is from the remote server that it is not working on Windows 7. -
The error message appears in an EBP window.
I don't think I have a license issue since creating shortcuts from the remote server works with all computers running Windows 10. -
Thank you for your help.
The problem is solved, I hadn't noticed that the latest version of EBP was not installed for Windows 7.
It works now.
