[RAM] XMP Activation -> crash

Hello,

I have a problem with my PC. I have 16GB of RAM (4x4GB) at 2400.

If I enable XMP to unlock and get the real frequency, my games crash on their own.

I know it’s related to that because I have no issues when I disable it.

But it’s frustrating because I’m not using the true power of my RAM sticks as a result.

Do you have any idea what could be causing this?

Thank you.

    Normally, the memory controller integrated in the Ryzen 5 1600 AF should handle a frequency of 2400MHz without activating an XMP profile. What frequency is displayed without XMP activation?

    1064 MHz is the actual frequency, your RAM is at 2133 MHz.

      you won't see any difference anyway.
      Moreover, if it crashes in XMP profile, there's not much to do: either update the motherboard's BIOS to fix a bug on that side, or manually adjust the timings and frequency.

        the BIOS is up to date, I did it.
        after the manual adjustments, there are too many parameters.

      "yes except that my RAM is 2400" .

      You were asked, in CPU-Z, to click on SPD and post a screenshot for us. That's where the information about the installed memory modules is located.

        Sorry, I didn't receive notifications for your replies

        here is the SPD:

        you only have the first stick here. do you want the others?

        however, what is interesting is that in the CM documentation, I found the list of compatible RAM and did not find mine exactly...
