PC won't start after enabling XMP

Hello,
Recently (the day before yesterday), I bought a new setup, the problem being that the RAM frequency is 2133MHz, while I got 3600MHz RAM, so I decided to enable XMP in my BIOS. The problem is that after enabling it, my PC wouldn't start.

Of course, I can restart it by clearing the CMOS, but the issue is that I'm not utilizing the full power of my RAM, which is a bit annoying..

I would therefore like to know how I could enable X.M.P and be able to use it.

Here is my setup:
Motherboard: GIGABYTE Z690 UD DDR4 (Socket 1700/Z690/DDR4/S-ATA 600/ATX)
CPU: Intel Core i7 12700k
GPU: RTX 3060 Ti
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2 X 16GB) DDR4 3600 (PC4-28800) C18 1.35V

Hello,
even if the RAM has an XMP profile, it often happens that the motherboard or even the RAM (although theoretically tested by the manufacturers) cannot handle overclocking, for various reasons, maybe components of more or less good quality (when the RTX3000 was released, the cards couldn't support the base frequency (overheating or something like that), except for Asus because they had better capacitors, MSI 50/50, Gigabyte 0 (see here).

can you show the SPD tab please? That will allow us to see which values are configured.

after you can try gradually, first see if it can handle 3200mhz cl16
you can also play with the cl by increasing it and see if it holds.
performance is max clock frequency (cl) min you can play with one or the other.

Here is a screenshot of the SPD tab:

- Slot #4: the same as above

I have already tried setting it to 3200, or even 2900, 3200 does the same as with 3600 (my computer doesn't start anymore), 2900 opens the BIOS and says it couldn't start.

RAM not compatible....

Have you flashed the motherboard BIOS? That often resolves this kind of issue.

Ah, I didn't know there were compatibilities based on motherboards.
I hadn't had this problem before, just lucky I guess.
How can I flash the BIOS of my motherboard?

let's say that in theory there isn't, but in practice it's another story ^^
for the bios update > https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/Manual/mb_manual_z690-features.pdf?v=0d0496626362bad341dce2dbf54fd2ad

for the firmware > https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/Z690-UD-DDR4-rev-10/support#support-dl-bios
on bios you download the latest

Try updating the BIOS. In the F5, it says:

Improve DDR4 XMP 3200~3600MHz compatibility:
