Hello,
I'm new to the site so I'm jumping in...
I have the same TV and the same firmware update issue that was resolved in 2019:
Thomson TV 55UA7066 update [Resolved/Closed]
Unfortunately, the links pointing to the software seem to no longer be active on CCM. Could you please provide me with the address again?
