The latest BIOS for your PC is available here https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/drivers/selfservice/hp-probook-4530s-notebook-pc/5060880 (If you're on Win10, select the Windows 8.1 operating system) With HP it seems quite straightforward, it's an executable file that you can run directly from Windows and the PC takes care of the rest.
