Samsung NP270E5E X06FR that crashes

Hello, I recently got a Samsung NP270E5E X06FR and since I turned it on, it shows this: All boot options are tried. Press <f4> Key to recover with Factory image using recovery or any Other keys for next loop iteration

So I restart the computer by pressing F4 and then when it shows the Samsung logo, I press F2 and ... it freezes and restarts. I have done the process several times but the result is the same each time.

Could someone kindly point out the source of the problem?

    Do you have access to its BIOS by repeatedly pressing F2 at startup/restart of the PC?

        To my knowledge, the F2 key does not restart the PC. It allows you to enter the BIOS settings.

        Yes, that's it, and the F10 and delete keys don't work either.
