Two landline numbers

Hello,

I moved to the countryside and changed my box because there is no full unbundling. I connected it, but it won’t work. Why was I given a landline number with my credentials and today I receive an email with another landline number. There is no dial tone and the box is just ringing empty. Thanks for your help.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 85.0.4183.101
