Hello everyone,
I am using my Toshiba 55V5863 DG TV LED 4K purchased in early 2019 as a PC monitor.
When exiting full screen from a game recently, the screen for the first time displayed the desktop in a very pixelated pink and green. By the time I switched back to the game and returned, the problem was resolved. This happened once more during a PC startup when the TV was turned on. Turning the TV off and back on was enough to fix the issue again. But since this morning, nothing works. I have turned the TV and PC off and on several times, changed HDMI cables, and tried connecting a console and a laptop, but everything remains pink and green, very pixelated. The issue is therefore with the TV.
Before sending the TV for repair, I would like to know if there is anything else I can do, in your opinion.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello
You might be able to blow out the HDMI port, but I think sending it in for repair is the best option

As expected, blowing on the port didn't solve the problem. I've tried different cables and different ports, but it doesn't change anything.
