TCL TV and Remote Control Issues

Hello,
I bought a TCL TV three weeks ago. At first, there were no issues, but for the past two weeks, when I press the +/- button on the remote to change the channel, it's as if I'm pressing the "source" button, meaning the TV switches to HDMI1 and then to HDMI2 if I keep pressing it. I tried using the button on the TV, but the same problem occurs. I don't know where it comes from, but it's very annoying.
I contacted the seller, who also doesn't know and is supposed to get back to me, so in the meantime, if anyone has had this problem before, please let me know.

I don't understand, there's no top bar and nothing is written. The channel stays the same, nothing moves. If you could inform me, I thank you in advance. What is the top bar?
