Hello,
I set an identical ringtone choice on the 3 handsets but when I receive a call, the 2 peripheral handsets ring immediately with this ringtone and then the base unit rings with a delay using the default ringtone, and all 3 handsets switch to this default ringtone.
I am directly connected to my Orange box.
If anyone has any idea, I'm all ears.

Hello,
On the combined devices, you have the option to select a melody from 10 for either "Internal Call" or "External Call".
Are you sure you have set the 3 combined devices to "External Call"?
Another point is that it seems we can also select a different melody in the directory for the contacts listed there.
Could that be the issue... a contact with a standard melody that, once recognized by the system, activates the two other combined devices?

Thank you very much; the manual is really very concise.
Indeed, I have programmed a melody for external calls, but since the base's handset reacts after the others and I was testing with my mobile, as long as the two devices did not recognize me, I had the correct melody, but once identified, since I had not associated a specific melody for my mobile, the three handsets switched to the default melody.
However, I don't know why the base handset connects with a delay while the base rings immediately along with the two peripherals.
That said, it's not a problem.-
For the notice...
See that of the F580 which is more detailed and should be almost identical....

As for the delay, I think it's not very logical but probably related to the fact that the base has to search the directory before starting up...(because unless I'm mistaken, it's the base that manages a directory shared by all handsets).
Finally, this is just a supposition.

Check that this delay in the ringtone is not caused by an "Eco" function that might be in service... differently on the handsets.
This seems to be a function of the base, but is it applicable handset by handset or globally?
See if this procedure extracted from the F580 manual applies to the F680
