Hello, when I send snaps to my boyfriend and check his score, his score doesn't increase (even though he has opened them). However, I only see his score increase when he sends me a snap. Is this normal or is it a bug in the app?

It’s a Snap update that allows you to spy more on whether the person is online or not; normally, the score changes when the person puts a Snap in their story.

Hey, I have the exact same problem... we send each other snaps but his score hasn't increased at all for a few weeks... it's super mega annoying!!!
I've been experiencing the same thing for about 2 months now; it's my best friend's snap score that hasn't changed for 2 weeks. Otherwise, sometimes it lasts for a few days.
I also have another bug that happens with quite a few people. When I send a snap, a chat, or a red or purple snap, and then I come back 20 minutes or more later, as soon as I open the app, it shows me: opened just now. To all my friends who have already opened my snap without replying, and when I reply to them they tell me they opened it a long time ago... It's not practical for seeing when a friend has opened the snap...
And it also happens with my same friend, but that more rarely; it shows me: ... is typing. And he never sends the snap. And when I ask him, he tells me he never wrote anything ✍️....

Well, I have a pretty similar bug, which is that when I send video or photo snaps, especially in groups, a few minutes later I see the "opened" logo, and when I go to the group chat, it shows that no one has opened it..????

Little update, it had been more than a month, maybe 2, since my friend had 25612 points and since today he has finally gone up to 28909 (he doesn't do many snaps), but that means that even if his score wasn't changing, he was still stuck in one place, well here for me after 2 months it's good, however the second bug: opened just now (while it's been open for longer, it's still not fixed)
I think there has been a new update, saying that you can no longer see people's scores increase... I just created a new Snap account, and my score is stuck at 0 =D
I have the solution for the Snap score lol I had this problem with 3 friends and I found out by chance that they had deleted our Snap conversation, don't ask me why but it's because of that lol. So to fix your issue, you simply need to delete their conversation too and wait for these friends to send you a Snap, and after 2 or 3 days the problem will be solved ???? the Snap score of my 3 friends came back ????

Same issue for months and until today the problem is still not resolved even after uninstalling and reinstalling snap... It's really strange -_-
