Remove Snapchat friends

Hello,
Someone I had on Snapchat deleted me... they told me. But I still see their score (which hasn't changed by the way...????) and I can see the "add as friend" option when I click on their profile.
I tried deleting the conversation so they would disappear from my chat interface and searched for them to see if they had blocked me instead of deleting me. I can still find them with their score, still the same...
What happened? They are no longer my friend yet I can still see their score.
However, for other people I search for who I had as friends, I can no longer see their score.
Please help me!! Thank you and have a good day.

I had exactly the same issue.
I managed to find the person and I can see the snap score (which hasn’t changed in months).
However, when I click on add the person, nothing happens.
The person in question told me that she was no longer on Snap.
I created another account and then I saw that the person continues to post stories.
So I deduce that she has either removed or blocked me from her friends. However, with this new account, I unfortunately cannot see the score.
So don't rely on the snap score as we can read everywhere!!
